We gather as a community of believers to relate God’s word to our lives. We strive for ways to serve others as the body of Jesus Christ. We believe in God’s welcome and abundant grace. We recommit ourselves to our mission by closing our service each Sunday saying aloud our common commission; Let us now go forth into the world in peace, being of good courage, holding fast to that which is good, rendering to no one evil for evil, strengthening the faint-hearted, supporting the weak, helping the afflicted, honoring all persons, loving and serving the Lord, and rejoicing in the power of the Holy Spirit.

If you are searching for God, the love of Jesus Christ, and a community to walk with on your faith journey, we welcome you!

Our goal is to have the children know their church as: a safe and loving place to come, grow their faith, be themselves, ask questions, and to experience God’s love. Our volunteer teachers create a caring, accepting atmosphere in which to learn about the Bible and the principles of the Christian faith as they apply to living faithfully in today’s challenging world.

Our Sunday school curriculum is divided into three areas. We use the Worship Center curriculum for Pre-K through 6th grade and Pre-confirmation classes for 7th and 8th grade is offered at the 10:30 am hour.

The following components are also a focus of our ministry:
1.We have a Safe Church policy to protect our children.
2.We provide a positive nursery experience for our youngest children.
3.We include our children in communion – all are welcome at God’s table. Our communion curriculum begins as early as Pre-K.
4.We encourage the children to care for others through a variety of service and mission projects each year – funding Heifer projects, solar assistance to Africa, help for local newborns, and support for immigrant and homeless families, are just a few examples.
5.Third Grade Bible curriculum. All third graders receive their own Bible at the beginning of the program year, and spend the remainder of the year exploring the Bible.
6.4th Grade Lenten communion unit. We spend time exploring the importance of communion, and culminate the unit at the Maundy Thursday service.
7.Fifth Grade plans and leads the Lenten Service Project.
8.6th Grade take part in further growing their serving heart through their involvement in leading the Annual Easter Egg Hunt, Pumpkin Pie Ministry, and the Children’s Day Service.
9. 7th and 8th Grades are involved in pre-confirmation classes.
10.Summer week long Senior High Mission Trip to help the disadvantaged and elderly.

We gather for Sunday school and worship at 10:30 every Sunday beginning the second Sunday in September, ending the Sunday before Memorial Day weekend.
