Seth W. Newton

Reverend Newton was born in 1930 in Boston, MA.  He was educated at Yale University, Edinburgh University in Scotland, and Union Theological Seminary.  he was installed as Hollis Pastor in 1957.  During his ministry in Hollis, he was active in stimulating the young peoples' work in the church and served as director of church camps for two years.  it was during his pastorate that the church declared itself in fellowship with the United Church of Christ.  He served in Hollis until 1961.
