Donations for the Silent Auction

The Congregational Church of Hollis, UCC, located on the Hollis Town Common, will again hold its annual Christmas Fair fundraiser.   The annual Christmas Fair is a much-anticipated holiday tradition in the community, encouraging local spending with a festive kickoff to the holiday shopping season.  This year’s fair promises the same!

We have always been blessed by the support of Hollis and nearby communities from both businesses and individuals, and we are very grateful. Donations of gift cards/certificates, merchandise, tickets to games or events, unique experiences, excursions, artwork, photography, handmade items, or other new items are what bidders are always happy to bid on! If you would like to donate an item to the Silent Auction, click HERE to download a donation form. Donations, along with the donation form,  can be mailed to or dropped off at the Congregational Church of Hollis, 3 Monument Square, Hollis, NH. The church is open Tuesday through Friday from 8:00am – noon). If those days/times do not work for drop off, please email auctiondonations@hollischurch.org to make other arrangements.

Proceeds from the Christmas Fair, including the Silent Auction, primarily go back to the community in the form of various non-profits supported by the church, and the holiday food boxes distributed by the church at Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter to local families in need.

Come to the Christmas Fair on Saturday, November 18th, from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm and place your bid. Good luck!

The auction closes at 2:00 pm on Nov. 18th.

After the auction closes, items will be stored in the church office, and the silent auction team will call the names of the person with the winning (highest) bid. Pickup is available Sunday morning, November 19th, in the church office from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. If you cannot pick up on Sunday morning, please stop by the church during the office hours listed below for pickup, or contact the church office at 603-465-7797 to make arrangements.

Please bring cash or a check made payable to Congregational Church of Hollis when you pick up.
